Green Tea Extract – Scott’s finest – 2 caps Afternoon 2 Caps PM
Cardio Breeze – 2 caps AM post waking
Yohimburn ES– Pre workout …
PureCEE – 4 caps Pre training
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 prior to each meal
Thermorexin – 2 Caps pre workout ...
ALCAR – 2 caps AM 2 caps midday 2 PM
Tyr2 – 2 caps AM 2 caps midday 2 PM
Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM – 2 caps 2 -3 x a day ...
Levorex - 4 caps 3 x a day
Sesapure – 1 to 2 caps 2-3 x a day

Meal # 1 :
• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple
• 1 Cup Egg Beaters
• ¼ Cup FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• ½ Cup Oatmeal with cinnamon & Splenda

2:30 P.M. –
Meal # 2 :
• 8 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (cooked from Fresh In Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic + Fat Free Olive Oil Spray for WOK)
• 1 Cup Green Beans
• ~ 7 oz Sweet Potato

6:30 P.M. – PWO Smoothie …
Meal # 3 :
• 2 scoops ISO
• Handful blueberries / Raspberries / Strawberries
• 1 small banana

I just cooked up the mass of chicken my momma bought me yesterday in the Wok she got me for Christmas ... tastes pretty dang good :)

I am still trying to find some motivation ... I could seriously chill in the house all day, blinda drawn in the darkness and let the couch swollow me .. I'm really trying to NOT let that happen ...

Going to pop 1-2 T-Rex to ensure I get my ass to the Gym ... *going to supplement corner to find the bottle*

My thoughts are with YOU :rose: You're a great person and mother ... enough said
