Hey, speaking of shrugs.........I use the Hammer Strength groundbase high pull and the SM for shrugs. Ever tried the high pull? Yesterday I did 180 - all time record for me. YAY!!!!! Damn, I'm hurtin' today. The guys were kinda' shocked that I put 4 - 45's on the equipment and then could ACTUALLY pull the weight! Strained one of my triceps on the first set though, so had to drop it down to 160. :rolleyes:

I prefer the SM because you can get your hands positioned more comfortably. The high pull bars are actually a little wide for me - being the pipsqueak I am! lol

SM as in Smith Machine correct ? (to clarify for those out there who are wondering wtf we're talking about )

I've only used the OBB (Olympic Barbell) & DB's, not the others ..... yet :) Thanks SG for the tip, I didn't even think of that (the Smith yes, the HS groundbase no) :D

BTW NICE job on the 180 honey ... dayyum
