Interval Recovery -90 sec, Full Incline, 3.5 mph

8:20 A.M. - 3 Pure CEE, 1 Glucorell-R, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex

8:45 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine, 4 raspberries, 5 blueberries, 1/2 banana
One-A-Day Active Multi, 24 oz water

9:20 A.M. – 120 oz water (I have 5 bottles of water (24 oz each) on my desk, and I will drink them all, so I’m logging them)

10:30 A.M. – 4 Levorex, 2 ALCAR

11:00 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R

11:40 A.M. – 1 TYR-2, 1 T- Rex

Meal # 2: 1/4 cup Almonds, 1 CC Peanut Crunch Clif bar

1:00 P.M. – 120 oz water (same way as before)

2:05 P.M. - 2 Glucorell, 2 Neurogenex

2:45 P.M. – 2 mg D-Root, 1 TYR-2, 1 T- Rex

Meal #3:
baby spinach leaves
2 sliced strawberries
15 blueberries
4 oz Tyson roasted chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp Henri's Fat Free Italian Dressing
One Serving Wheatables
