6:30 P.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake - 1 scoop of ISOPURE, 1 teaspoon glutamine powder
Diet Pepsi
8:30 P.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 24 oz water

9:00 P.M. – 500 mg D-Root, 2 aspirin
Meal #5 :
Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Grilled, Sprinkled Extra Spicy Mrs. Dash
Idaho Potato
Steamed Broccoli
1/3 cup Fat Free Cheddar & 1/4 cup Taco Cheese blend
