Another web-site lit me up for this question and I don't think it was that stupid, but if it still is go easy on me please and explain why it's stupid so I can learn from it. *--ON my AAS bulking diet that I have planned I'm eating the correct ratio of carbs(can't remember) and protien (1.6 gm per lb.), but my cals are still short (only 2600). What are the extra cals that I'm short FOR?--* I'm 5'10" 195 w/ 15ish BF. (That is really high BF for me,I just wanted to see if I could get to 200.)
