Another web-site lit me up for this question and I don't think it was that stupid, but if it still is go easy on me please and explain why it's stupid so I can learn from it. *--ON my AAS bulking diet that I have planned I'm eating the correct ratio of carbs(can't remember) and protien (1.6 gm per lb.), but my cals are still short (only 2600). What are the extra cals that I'm short FOR?--* I'm 5'10" 195 w/ 15ish BF. (That is really high BF for me,I just wanted to see if I could get to 200.)
 
post your diet. without that, i cant tell you anything. also, if you are finding that you don't have the appetite, get inj b12.

age? years training?
 
I'll post it when I get home. I know I have the appetite, so that will not be a problem. Thanks for the help.
 
8am-4 whites,1 whole egg,bagel,1/2 cantalope,1 glass 2%
10am-yogurt,pro shake,orange
1pm-red potato,can tuna,cup peas,1 glass 2%
4pm-pro shake,banana
7pm-chicken,brown rice 1 cup,salad w/dressing,1 glass 2%
10pm-?
 
first, where is your pre/post workout meals. they should be 40g protein (whey) with 1 tsp of udo's choice. post should be 40g protein with at least 40g dex and bcaa's.

let me know which meals are your pre/post so i can work around it. also, you can go on the diet forum and search for bulking diets and you will be provided with great samples that you can follow and tailor to you. you should also calculate your bmr so you know how many cals you need to eat per day.

I got these basics from a couple diet forums. I tried to tailor them to me on the basis of ease and likability of the foods. My pre and post are 4 and 7 o'clock pm.4 being 24pro&30carb and the 7 is 68pro&73 carbs. I sleep fom 10 'till 0645.
 
8am-4 whites,1 whole egg,bagel,1/2 cantalope,1 glass 2%
drop fruite, drop milk
add 5 egg whites
add 1 whole egg
add 1 cup oatmeal
add 1tbsp. UDO's choice oil


10am-yogurt,pro shake,orange
drop everything
use a protein powder, 50/50, egg-white/whey protein
50grams protein, 2 tbsp. of ANPB


1pm-red potato,can tuna,cup peas,1 glass 2%
change RP to yam, 2 cans of tuna, add large green salad and 2 tbsp. of olive oil
drop milk


4pm-pro shake,banana
egg-white/whey mix protein, with 40 grams of dextrose

7pm-chicken,brown rice 1 cup,salad w/dressing,1 glass 2%
use 2tbsp. of olive oil as dressing, drip milk
add 2 tbsp. fiber


10pm-?

60 grams of egg-white protein
2 tbsp. of UDO's choice oil
add 2 tbsp. fiber
 
damn it x, you beat me to the punch. ive seen you tear apart peoples diets before, so i basically going to suggest the same thing you mentioned, except that i would do a shake right when you wake with udo's. if you;re wondering where you can get eggwhite powder, i got mine from supplementdirect and the udo's from vit shoppe. x, can you specify more on the fiber? its the one thing that you suggested in my diet that i havent done.
 
Alright, I'll see what I can do. The only question is what is ANPB? Why was this question so hard on the other boards? You guys have always been much cooler.

anpb is all natty peanut butter. we're here to help and if anyone gives you crap, just drop it. some people get egos in here. if you have any questions that you don't want to post on the forum, you can pm or any of the mods. i, and im sure they would be glad to help. we were all once in your shoes.

ANPB = all natural peanut butter
you should be able to pick it up at most grocery stores.

DIfferent forums vary, don't worry about it. Stick to Elitefitness, you're welcome here :)
