Bulking Up !

This Is my first time bulkin up and i would like some help.i read information on here and information in my college about diet fitness and weight training and theres so much information some contradicts each another as its from different type of people with different type of views so im wondering, how much cardio a week shud i do and for how long i have all types of equipment at the gym and i can run outside?Also would it help me to help my body if i did one set of muscles each day for eg chest one day the legs the other ? help will be appreciated thanks Ian
 
Except not, 'cause you can do cardio, and you probably should. Cardio (so long as it's not excessive) won't hinder your bulking, and in fact may help it (nutrient partitioning, ala sprints).
 
Eat more than you burn and you'll grow, this probably means eating more than you'd think certainly was for me
 
try different routines and see what works for you up your calories but not too much Id say work your way up to 3500-4000 calories if you are over 190 lbs cardio is a must year round for good health but dont do it with intensity. I would say a nice 20 minute walk on a tread mill 4 times a week is good with an incline of at least 6.0
