This Is my first time bulkin up and i would like some help.i read information on here and information in my college about diet fitness and weight training and theres so much information some contradicts each another as its from different type of people with different type of views so im wondering, how much cardio a week shud i do and for how long i have all types of equipment at the gym and i can run outside?Also would it help me to help my body if i did one set of muscles each day for eg chest one day the legs the other ? help will be appreciated thanks Ian
