Dude.... I am sure that appart from all those supps your diet and your work out routine are appropriate... hence, I shall skip those stages and talk 2 u about your supps:
Whey protein is essential for developing a solid, muscular phisyque. I personally use Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey, but feel free to use whatever protein is most suitable for your needs and financial condition (there are more xpensive proteins and cheaper proteins than ON). My recommendation is that for a well balanced, high-protein diet, all you will need is 2 scoops of whey protein (around 60g of product and 48g of protein in the case of ON) after working out, with some simple carb like dextrose or glucose. The cabs should generate an insulin spike which would help the uptake of nutrients up to your muscles plus insulin on its own is a highly anabolic hormone. The importance of having whey protein included in your post-work-out shake is the fact that it is an extremely well absorbed protein, meaning that it will be easily absorbed as quickly as possible after your workout (which is the time of the day when you can make most use out of what you eat). So basicaly, make sure you get those servings of whey protein after your workout with some sort of carbohydrate (dextrose would be ideal).
On non-training days, supplement with whey protein in case you cannot find an alternative lean, wholesome source of food like chicken breast, filet mignon etc. Always prefer the real food to the powder except after training (im my humble opinion at least). Before you sleep, ingest around 100-150g of cottage cheese for it will provide a continuous source of protein throughout the night plus it is rich in glutamine.
Finally, during any time of the day apart from RIGHT AFTER WORKING OUT, avoid high-glicemic carbs like the plague (to quote an individual on this board who i cannot recall). Insulin is very anabolic for fat too, so in order to stay lean, AVOID SUGAR. No sweets, cakes etc.
As to animal pak: i love that supplement and apart from giving you the vitamins you need, it is also a good performance enhancer. I actually feel that i can lift more when i train around 1-1:30 hours after I have taken the pak. I also feel that it makes a huge difference in my recovery. Bear in mind that it is not simply a multi, it is packed with many ingredients that address other issues of bodybuilding. I have absolutely no links with Universal Nutrition or any supplement store. My comments simply reflect my opinion regarding Animal Pak.
Good luck, hope that I managed to help u out a little. The other dudes in this board are way more capable than me

I am just a newbie
