Right gents, about to start a (natural) bulking diet and have stocked up on my food stuffs... my arsenal consists of:
FOODS
Frozen chicken breasts
Steak (only once a week cus of cholesterol)
Eggs (mainly whites cus same as above)
Wholewheat Pasta
Wholewheat Rice
Wholewheat Spagetti
Wholewheat bread
Old Style Oats
Nuts
Natural Organic Peanut butter
Various Marinades for the chicken (garlic,hot etc)
SUPS
Flax Oil
Simply Whey Protein

Are there any other recommendations on additions to the above... Aiming to hit 300-350 grams protein a day, keeping carbs at a moderate amount and low fat.
Ive a feeling ill be bored after a week. I can pretty much do anything over the next month since I was made redundant am having a 5 weeks off
