hey guys, almost 10 weeks into this cycle and very pleased with the gains so far. Im planning on running it til the end of march which will make a total of 13 weeks...Ive been using fitday.com to keep up with my bulking diet and have averaged 5500cals/day, 300-400grams protein, 4-5 meals a day along with 3-4 musclemilk drinks
