bulking cycle progress wk10

hey guys, almost 10 weeks into this cycle and very pleased with the gains so far. Im planning on running it til the end of march which will make a total of 13 weeks...Ive been using fitday.com to keep up with my bulking diet and have averaged 5500cals/day, 300-400grams protein, 4-5 meals a day along with 3-4 musclemilk drinks

started 12/30/05 5'9 182 lbs
today 3/7/06 5'9 215 lbs

week 1-13 test enth 750mg
week 1-13 deca 600mg
 
33lbs? JESUS TITS!!! are you bloated? if you arent too bloated ,, way to go, HUGE GAINS!!!
 
amazing results bro. keep it up. id drop the deca from week 11 on so you dont have any libido issues post.
 
Congrats man.

I have not been as detailed as you in my bulking run. Im currently on week 7 of my cycle, and almost 4 full months into my natural bulking program.

I dont know my average caloric intake per day, but I eat 4-5 meals per day, with at least 2 supplement shakes thrown in there.

In the last 3.5, almost 4 months I have gone from about 182 to 208. I started at 6.8% bodyfat and currently I am just under 10%.

Im running 520Test/500Deca per week.

I really should keep a better tab on my diet and what I am taking in, but god im too lazy. :p
 
ego_boner .......yes some bloat of course but not too bad, been trying to drink alot of water

goal200 ......yes eating is the hardest part, my appetite has been pretty good throughout but sometimes I dont feel like eating and just force myself to anyways

gstacker.......not sure on bf% cause havent had it measured, hasnt increased alot, alot of muscle size gain...been getting asked alot of questions...just tell them ALOT of food and musclemilk ;) which is true

immortalis.....your gains are very nice too, I know what you mean about being lazy :) but that fitday.com is a real good tool and pretty easy once you get a database of foods you normally eat built up

thanks guy....I'm hoping to put on another 5-10lbs by the end ;)
