Bulker Is done (before and after pics)

Its hard to tell but you can definetly see your arms exploding in the after pic. If you had a relaxed pose similar the the before pic comparing that would be the best. The ligthing in the after pic sucks those! Good job!

Yeah, quit messin' with us. We need a similar pose to give the most accurate critique-but you definitely gained thickness. Congrats. For every guy like you that sees these kind of gains there's 10 other guys on 2x as much gear that barely even look like they train at all.

Shit dude you must be short. Whats your height? I was also about 160 and gained huge. I ended at like 180 so the gains were around the same but even now at 183 I look a lot smaller than you. Im 6'. Congrads to you bro!!!

although the pics arent the best i see real improvement. what was ur diet like?

Very nice bro! Doesn't look like you put on much, if any, fat at all. I always end up with a little belly after a bulker. Keep up the good work bro, you should be proud of yourself.

LOL, ye thats true bro. the main components in my diet were tuna (roughly 21 ounces a day), chicken breast (4-5 a day), rice, beef, i reallly went crazy on the pasta, i had maybe 3-4 servings a day. i didnt have to many protein drinks (maybe 1 after a work out). and my caloric consumption was 11-12 meals a day plus 1 at 3 in the morning and each meal was at least 500 cals each. some were more like 700-1000 if it was PWO. right now im continuing the same diet except im not eating as much carbs but more protein. i think that helps me more in retaining results. also i think my age has a lot to do with keeping results.
 
Damn, I loved the before pic! I know you were bulking, and it is obvious that you acquired some good thickness! Can't wait to see you now when you cut it back down. I love those abs in the before pic!

LOL, thanx, a lot of girls comment on JUST the abs in the before pic. lol, its all good, glad you like it. funny thing is i never do any ab work. i think i get them just from doing back and what not. but i will try to lose about 2-3% BF on my next cutter and put on 10lbs of mass. will keep everyone updated.
