On the beginning of week 6 of my bulk cycle..up 19lbs and its going great except for one problem...during the week i eat a clean 3000 clean cals (i have a lowish metabolism, endo/meso so i need to eat a bit less)...and on the weekend i eat whatever i want and dont usually gain any fat from it...i just get ridiculously carbed up for monday's workout. As the week goes on a get a bit less pumped and by friday im kinda flat..still pumped since im on cycle but nothing like monday's workout. Im having 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fats...should i have more carbs and less fats/protein? Should i include a high carb day during the week? hmmmmmm
