Built a box

It's 10" on one side and 11" on the other. I'm going to try it out tomorrow It will be my first ever speed squat day.

Pwr_machine and his dad built it for me this weekend. Very inexpensive. It was made from a 1" x 12" x 8' piece of pine shelving, some wood glue, and lots of screws. The 11" side puts me just below parallel, and the 10", well, about an inch below that. It's 15" long. Beautiful!!

The length may be something to play with. We turn ours so the corner is pointing towrd the rack...that way we don't hit our feet or legs on the box, and there's no chance of missing the box.

Yes, that makes sense. I've watched your vids of box squats. With my wide stance, I don't think I should have a problem. (hopefully!) I'm really excited to try it out tomorrow!
