I have been consistently maintaining cycle logs while actively contributing to our online communities for quite a few years and I enjoy sharing my own experiences while learning from others.

As you can see by the picture, Umbrella products present with top quality, and the packaging and shipping times are similarly professional.

I'll be laying out the cycle dosing schedule in an upcoming post but wanted to get this started, and you can rest assured that there will be plenty of reports regarding training and diet as we make our way on this journey.

Please feel free to post any questions or thoughts along the way as we challenge outsell to bring our best in every way.

Here we go...

Excellent brother... i always love your assessments and feedback on things with your great detail and motivational words... im really looking forward to your progress!

I always love following your logs sir and with your work effort and these quality products, I believe this will be an excellent cycle!

I so appreciate everyone who posted here. This is what being part of a vibrant community is all about; mutual support as we strive to bring our best.

So just a quick cycle outline;

Weeks 1-8 GW-501516 20mg a day dosed in the AM, preworkout
1-8 RAD-140 20mg a day dosed in the AM, preworkout

The half life on both these products make it possible for one dose a day and I just washed them down with a BCAA powder mixed in water. It's important to note, where I was all set to have a chaser on hand due to some of the strong chemicals I have experienced in SARMS in the past, the Poly-Cell liquid these products are suspended in had no noticeable taste, which was a pleasant surprise.

There you have it, just the basics to get things started.

Just the beginning...

what are your full stats and goals?
Hi SteveSmi,

Current stats
Height 6'2"
Weight 212lbs
BF% 11%

My goal is to tweak my conditioning in preparation for my Spring Primo.

The opportunity to run this log could not have come at a better time as it will help me remain disciplined diet wise through the holidays.

Here we go...

Great to see you here MasonicBodybuilder.

I wanted to do a quick post on the effects of the two SARMS I'm stacking here.

GW-501516, although technically not a SARM, has been around for quite some time and individuals have learned to count on it for increased stamina and fat loss. It stacks well with any other SARM and has reported very low, if any sides.

RAD-140 is a relatively new SARM and it has been reported to support endurance, stamina, strength, and muscle volume.

I'm just on day three so no major changes to report yet, but I'm training all out in order to give the Umbrella products a chance to really shine.

Never give up...

Posting here on Elite Fitness always brings back great memories of how I connected with some of the mentors in physique development that helped guide my journey. This was the first site I ever posted on and I remember being nervous thinking, "This is an international bodybuilding forum. What if people think my post is stupid?"

But there I was typing away a question for Dylan, and t my surprise he answered my questions and encouraged me.

It's this type of interaction that helped me develop as a mod on a number of sites, and I still enjoy being connected to this community.

We are on this journey together...

I'm getting used to my new morning ritual with these Umbrella products.

Shaking each bottle for 20 seconds before dosing it under my young and letting it sit there. It's a big change from grabbing something wash down some of the stronger tasting SARMS I have encountered in the past, and it's a nice change.

I have some super setting/giant setting workouts coming up this week so I should be able to report on the stamina and endurance aspects of my current stack.

This is gonna be awesome...

Nobody cares how many plates you put on the leg press.

And for good reason, as it is one of the places you see the worst form in whatever gym you may find yourself training in. The rule of thumb seems to be, the more weight someone puts on the sled, the less they engage in range of motion.

So here is the way I approached it this morning in order to put my SARMS stack to the test.

This is a giant set;
15 reps with feet just inside should width. Swivel out on heels to 45 degree angle
15 reps with knees moving out towards toes. Swivel out on toes so feet are just outside of shoulder width
15 reps.

Every rep brings shins to 90 degree angle with thighs up to just short of full extension and squeeze.

I did 4 sets up to three plates on each side, and it was painful to put it mildly..and awesome at the same time.

My stamina was amazing and Can't wait to do it again.

So far Umbrella labs is showing to be top quality.

Just getting started...

excellent to hear brother! you are going the right way about this which is awesome to see.. your updates are greatly appreciated and valued!

Thank you for the detailed updates sir. You have a very strong positive vibe that truly does resonate with us all and it is just very nice to see and hear!

The workout design I've been developing continues to become ever more challenging and with this SARMS stack, GW-501516 and RAD-140, I have stamina and endurance to burn. It's just been a couple of weeks and there is no doubt I have increased definition, so I will be posting a photo in coming days in order continue documenting these developments.

I had a few extra carbs at the Thanksgiving table so I may run into the gym for a high intensity pump session to make the most of it. Other then that it's stick to the plan and enjoy the process.

It's happening...

Your logs are always very motivational to read sir and it is just appreciated by all of us!

It's great to see members posting here as we continue this journey together. This is what having a community to like minded individuals is all about.

I wanted to make a quick post regarding the way the stamina and endurance of these SARMS is benefitting my workouts, diet, and life in general.

Over the years I have learned to stay away from preworkouts because I didn't like the way the caffeine and related substances impacted my mood.

The GW-501516 and RAD-140 I am running right now does not have any of these sides while at the same time giving me that extra boost of energy and focus in the gym. I have also noticed not being as hungry and getting full quicker, and for a longer time, which is a welcome side of the GW. I'm looking fuller while at the same time increasing my definition.

Just getting started...

RAD140 has quickly become (aside from GW) the most popular and top selling sarm and clearly with good reason... im also having an amazing experience with it right now... its great to see multiple people using it and the experience being documented so well! keep the updates coming!

I have always maintained a focused intensity in the gym, watching the clock for seconds between sets and being mindful to keep the weight in the muscles. This approach is giving the RAD-140 a chance to really shine as I have endurance and strength to spare and my definition continues to improve even though my diet hasn't changed.

I need to dig out my speedos to get a photo up which I will do in the coming days.

I'll be bringing squats back into my routine Monday and it will be exciting to see how this stack enhances the journey.

two weeks in and really enjoying this cycle...

thanks for the update brother! things are going great! i know im also really enjoying the rad!

Like many members of this community I have been following Dylan's Umbrella log and, as always, finding his approaches and insights motivating. One post in particular got my attention where he was talking about having been focusing on high reps for a while and determining to get into some heavier sets, and I was like, "Yea, let's do this!"

So I began dropping my reps gradually and have been really encouraged with the results so far. I hit;

225lbs on flat bench for 10
240lbs on cable rows for 10
and I've been full stacking the leg extensions and curls

All this without going all the way to failure, so I'm excited to continue this approach. No doubt the RAD-140 is enhancing strength and I'm determined to make the most of it.

So far, so good...

great work brother! yes, switching over to the hypertrophy phase will add much more muscle and you can build quality muscular endurance in this mode as well!

It is always awesome to read your posts and to see your progress sir! Keep the updates coming!

The woman asked, "You going swimming?" as she saw me heading to the bathroom with my Speedos. She's so cute...

Anyway, 2 1/2 weeks ago I was lean bulking with an eye on beginning my cut at end of January, but here I am. I wish I had taken a photo on day one because the increase in definition is so noticeable in the shoulders, legs, and even abs. But there will be a picture in six weeks so we can document the overall impact of this SARMS cycle.

Just getting started...

As always, thanx for accompanying me on this journey my fellow community comrades.

Just looking over the benefits of the SARMS I'm stacking on this cycle, GW-501516 and RAD-140, we see that combined they enhance stamina, endurance, as well as strength. So you may be wondering which of these benefits I'm focusing my training on to, to which I respond, "All of them".

Let me share a snap shot of my latest workout design I put together with this stack in mind. I'm doing a standard three day Press, Pull, Legs design and on the start of my chest routine I have;

Cable incline flys superset with cable flat presses. Reps ranges 15, 12, 10, 8.
I follow this up with decline barbell press in the 12-8 rep range

Since those first exercises are being done as a superset, even the sets of 8 equal 16 reps without stopping (consistent with time under tension training).
Following this up with straight sets with lower weights falls under the category of "working sets" which introduces hypertrophy to the already pumped muscle.

This is just the start to give you an idea, but I'm sure you can see how I'm giving all the benefits of this stack and opportunity to shine.

I love this life style...

* That should have stated, "straight sets with higher weights" for working sets.

I was just out of the gym and obviously lacked blood flow to my brain.

Never give up..

I'm designing a new workout routine in order to take this SARM stack to the next level. I will be including the super set/giant set approach I mentioned in an earlier post followed by heavy single set exercises to promote hypertrophy. Those heavy sets will be;

Decline Dumbell Press
Cable Rows
Squats
EZ Bicept Curls
Scull Crushers

Stay tuned for weight updates as a way to escape some of the stress of holiday preparations.

Let's do this...

Let's do this...
im a big proponent of supersets when building hypertrophy and muscular endurance... obviously its great to mix things up and keep your body shocked and dont forget to throw in a week of eccentrics/negatives every 5-6 weeks as well...

Thank you for reminding me of these approaches Dylan. They are just more ways of maintaining progressive overload without straining the joints and tendons with excessive weights.

Not that I'm not challenging myself to lift heavy right now to make the most of this SARMS stack, but I'm doing it in form to maximize my results.

I'm already hitting, all in the 10-12 rep range, 225lbs on decline bench, 85lbs on EZ Curls and Scull Crushers, and 275lbs on Squats. I'll put in more details regarding the ways I prepare for these working sets, but I am without a doubt experiencing endless endurance and continuing to increase my definition.

Joy in the struggle...

As this workout design continues to develop it creates the perfect environment for this SARMS stack, GW-501516 and RAD-140, to really shine.

This is very different from "waiting for the gear to kick in" before challenging myself, and if you have been following along you see how the design has continued to become more challenging, but wasn't easy to begin with.

The straight sets became super sets/giant sets, leading to progressively heavier compound lifts, and now drop sets on the end of body parts to take it to the next level.

For example; Chest
single set incline flys and flat dumbbell presses got paired up for a super set with 60lb dumbbells 8 reps each, followed by decline barbell presses up to 245lbs for 8 reps, and finally a triple drop set of 245, 185, and 135.

All with 30-45 seconds between sets.

This was followed by center deltoid, front deltoid, and triceps with similar approaches. I'm looking forward to brininging in some of those eccentrics/negatives Dylan mentioned next week.

I come up on the end of my routine in 45 minutes, and I could just keep going. Endurance, stamina, and strength to spare.

Solid focus...

I do love your logs sir. They are very inspiring and you word everything so well. Thank you for your posts and positive energy!

You always provide such strong positive vibes brother and it is greatly appreciated and just nice to see some joy coming from people.. great job brother!

Thank you for the feedback Dylan and my other physique development comrades.

I'm just finishing week six of this 8 week cycle, and as good as it's been I know it's time to challenge myself to make the most of the next two weeks.

The universe transpired to push the envelope of endurance and stamina in the past week with a couple heavy snow falls. It took me about an hour each time to clear the driveway and walks and never once did I have to pause for a rest period or to catch my breath. I remained mindful of the way my body moved throughout and really enjoyed looking at the finished job before jumping in my car to go to the gym.

Waving at all the neighbors out with their snow blowers was the icing on the cake of my alpha male dominance over the elements, and I was able to focus on heavy sets in the gym seeing as I had a full body warm up before I got there.

I love everything about the lifestyle of physique training, not the least of which is the look, but being better able to handle any obstacle life throws at me is right up there.

Ready for anything...

Always stick to the plan.

Although the basic exercises of my current routine have not changed, by introducing super set, giant set, and drop set approaches I have gone from 24 sets in a session to 28-30, all in a 45 - 50 minute time frame. And my working sets 0f 6-8, the heaviest work of the session, have continued to go up, including;

Decline Bench 275lbs
Cable Rows 290lbs (full stack)
Squats 315lbs
EZ Curls and Scull Crushers 90lbs

This is the final week of my Umbrella SARMS stack which has included GW - 501516 and RAD-140, and I giving a solid positive review for this new quality source. I have also appreciated that tinctures have been free of any strong chemical taste so no need to wash it down with juice.

Order with confidence and enjoy your own journey towards your physique goals...

awesome brother... we all greatly appreciate you running this log and keeping such a detailed guide throughout!

Thank you for the excellent detailed log sir! It was a great journey to follow along!
