Breast Implants

My ex wife had them done and her doctor went through her belly button. I noticed everyone else here has been talking about scars and what not, why has no one even mentioned the going through the belly button procedure?

If you haven't heard of this all the do is make a small incision in your belly button and run a tube up your torso under your breast, place the saline bag there, and pump it up. I guess there is a little bit more pain involved due to shoving the tubes up your torse, but then again theres no pain and less risk for infection.

Also my question here. Is it very important for a woman to have breast surgery? Me and my new girlfriend have had in depth discussion about this and she is dead set on this being very important to her, not even so much as a sex issue but more a fashion issue I guess. She says none of her clothes fit her well and it has always been an irritation to her. Im an ass man myself so I really don't care, it's the cost that is irritating. My GF has small B cups.

So ladies tell me how important do you think it is to have nice looking breasts?

It's very important (to me) to have my breasts. My hubby isn't a breast man either, so he says to do it for me if I want it. I feel my breasts are part of my identity as a woman.

Now I have not [yet] had breast surgery. I need a lift + implants and right now don't feel the scarring is worth it. Once that no longer matters to me I'll have it done.

I really appreciate the feedback. I obviously cannot understand how important it is to own breasts. I assume if I had a 2" weiner and help was only a surgery away I might consider that a pretty important aspect of my life as well.
This helps me get perspective and understand how my girl feels, because you know how us men are......once we are with you we can no longer hear anything you say....someone else has to tell us.


Anyways thanks for the info, hopefully I will have a succesfull boob transformation story to share with you all......even if it is in third person.

I'd just like to throw in that for the most part breast implants suck, even (perhaps especially) for flat chested women. They don't look natural, they don't feel natural, and they don't move naturally. Granted some of it might depend on how well of a job was done, but if they don't come close to passing any of the above criteria, then they were probably too big for the body they were put into or were just a botched job to begin with. A very modest size change is best if you are gung-ho about getting them.

Just food for thought, if any women out there are getting them in hopes of attracting half way decent guys, keep in mind that these silicon/saline bundles are more than likely repelling more.

It may be just a mental thing with me, but there's nothing like a natural pair of breasts.

Last but not least, having a great ass is more important anyway. Boobs are just a cool bonus.

as per someone's comment... nice clothing is NOT catered to large chests... if you are getting a b.a. done so your clothes will fit better... do some more thinking please.

That is true.....plus it's hard to find nice bras in large sizes that don't cost an arm & a leg....

Hey... I've heard that surgery often makes the breast less sensitive and sometimes gets rid of sensation all together....anyone have this problem? That's the main reason I am wary of getting implants.

I love my girlfriends natural A cups, they fit her body and if she got fakes, I'd be pissed.

SOME of them may look nice, but looking at tits is only like 16% of the fun in tits. I want to fondle and feel and lick and bite and hug em too, and I don't want to that to an artificial implant.
