What do you guys and gals on here eat for breakfast usually? I am trying to cut down and right now I am eating bacon, eggs, and toast. Have done that for a long time every morning. Pretty easy meal to cook so I have stuck with it, but cannot lose weight doing it. Would oats and chicken for breakfast be better?
How about skipping breakfast? I do that a lot to fast
or you can do all low carb like eggs bacon and steamed veggies
I don't eat breakfast but you could keep the eggs and just drop the bacon and toast. That would allow you to add more eggs too.
My go-to breakfast is usually eggs, spinach and whole meal toast. I’ll add some oatmeal if it’s a heavy training day.
