Bottomline Bodybuilding Perfect Cycle

Have never used steroids before but am seriously considering it. I have been training for about 12 years now, done three shows, and am 27 years old. My offseason weight is a stable 235, but i have some fat to get rid of. Once my bodyfat is back to normal i am considering doing my first cycle of steroids. Before i decide how to go about this, I am doing my research. I ordered the E-book "Bottomline Bodybuilding" by Nelson Montana and am interested in his "Perfect Cycle". As I am a rather large natural bodybuilder and don't need massive gains, it sounds like a good option. i was wondering if any of you good bros on here have tried it. If so please leave me a reply of your personal experiences with it. Also i am open to opinions on where to look for additional info before attempting my first cycle. Only intelligent responses please.
 
I have been reading Nelson's book as well, and I do think his advice on steroids and cycles is stellar.

It is thought that endogenous (your own) androgens will be suppressed within 10 days of supraphysiological (higher than the body is used to) testosterone.

His cycle advice really would minimise the sides, maximise gains you can keep.
 
just wondering heavyduty, why consider AS if you have not done it by now? 235,you are obviously a big guy,just wondering what would make you run a cycle if you have been successful w/o? imho, a test only cycle is the best first run.no stacking required,just see what your body will do on a normal 500mg/week dosage of any long-acting ester of test.8-10 weeks ,keep it simple.good luck and i would be interested in which direction you go!

Yes, I am quite large for a natty, but 235 is offseason weight. I am still between 200-210 contest weight. The reason i am considering a cycle is because I have hit my genetic wall. After 12-13 years of training, I am at that point where if continued progress is to be achieved, some type of anabolic assistance is required. Over these 12-13 years I have considered steroids, but I knew my full natural genetic potential had NOT been reached, there for why waste it? Fortunately I never made the mistake of taking steroids too soon in my bodybuilding career as a quick fix to muscle mass. I was patient and took my time naturally to get where I am now. However as I just said..., it has taken me 12-13 years to hit the wall, but now that I am here, it is time to take the next step.
I have been doing research, and because of my great achievements naturally, I have no interest in a long term, extreme mass gaining cycle, or in a high dose test run for an extended period of time. I am not going for a pro card or anything that extreme. I am looking for a mild, short term cycle with minimal chance for sides and modest gains that will be maintained once I come off. I have no aspirations of gaining 30 lbs in 8-10 weeks and then crashing and burning. The cycle I am referring to seems to be the best fit for what I am looking for. I just wanted some feedback on the suggested cycle from some people in here familiar with what I am referring to.

I would think that the way that Nelson recommends cycles, this is not going to happen.

From what I gather, it will be be between 5-10 lbs of quality muscle that you will maintain.

Also fits in with a lot of the 'set points' that it is thought that the body has.
 
You said your at your natty potential so 30lb prolly wont happen maybe 5-7 but i think test is best if you carnt get it done with test well ,you def have some nice natty stats it shows your dedication to the sport so good luck .

Right..., exactly why when I decide to go ahead with this, the cycle recommended by nelson is the way I am going to go. Thank you for all of your input tat.
 
whats the cycle look like bro im guessing that it will consist of primo and maybe some dbol.. i know that nelson is big into primo by reading some of his threads. i just want to congratulate you on your achievments and your will power not you use steroids
 
The "Perfect Cycle" is a highly fine tuned elitist cycle utilizing the very best substances at the ideal time. If you can get everything, it'd be great but it can be modified somewhat if necessary.

I make suggestions in BLBB about some natural methods for recovery but that was before my products were out. (UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE et al) Naturally, what I recommended then are in those very products now.

I think it's wise and admirable that you made such tremendous gains drug free. I wish more members would take a page from YOUR book and realize that's what real bodybuilding is about. Because you have such a solid foundation I think it's very possible to add another 5-6 solid pounds, which as you know, after a while is impossible once the genetic limit has been reached. But with proper PC T you should keep most of it if not all of it. I trust some of the training techniques in the book have helped as well. Continue to train hard -- make that HARDER than ever while on.

Thanks to all that have responded. And a special thanks to Mr. Montana for all the great info in the E-books as well as the response. I do believe i have decided to do a few more natural drug-tested shows next year/season as a kind of "natural retirement" party. So due to that i will not be doing the cycle for about 8-10 more months give/take. I want to take one last shot at getting into my overall best shape possible naturally, then move into the NPC shows the next year. I know my first cycle is a decent ways off, but the more time I take to study these matters the better informed decision I will make.

Also Mr. Montana, I plan on using the Anavar in place of the D-bol as suggested, and I plan on using 50% of the recommended dosage for the first cycle. What are the additions that should be made to the post cycle therapy that you mentioned? How long would you recommend I take in between cycles? What percentage of the recommended dosages should I use for second, third, and subsequent cycles? Sorry for all the questions, but I am just trying to plan all of this out. I like to plan ahead.

The reason for the DBALL recomendation is that it's so effective at low doses. The var won't be as dramatic but will work and a half dosage is smart though 25 mgs of varr is a bit low to notice much.

Normally, I recommend taking twice the time off as on, but since you've been a natty for so long I'd give it even more time, for no other reason other than appreciating what you gain and not getting too used to the "easy" gains.

For PCT supps I recommend UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE. Dermacrine is good too as is VIGOR to maintain the fullness and pumps.
