Welcome rayo! You've got a solid base and a good athletic physique. Just keep eating and lifting. At your age your gains will come quickly!
 
good base for a 17 yo but it looks like you have been spending to much time training your arms. It looks to big compared to your chest?

good start though mate and keep it up
 
Thought i would get that comment about the arms. The thing is my arms are my strongest of my uppr body, yet i only do 3 exercises for each and train them the same amount as everything else

Any advice for building up a better chest.

Currently do
Bench 6-8x4
Dumbell Incline 6-8x4
Flat flys 8x4
Cables 8x4
Pec Deck 8x4
 
Props to you on your arms, looks kicken! Everything else will come up later. I have the opposite problem, my arms have been hard to get big, but it's working slowly but surely. Are you natty or not?
 
yea no drugs for me, and none in the soon future as well. Props to that advice certain EF members.

Thanks to all the positive comments good motivation.

Today just started to take 2 protein shakes a day as well as one cell tech creatine serving a day. So I will see how it goes.

Looks like a great base & yep, kickin arms - good genetics there! Since you're still just entering the height of your natural test production, no need to go anywhere near juice. The best anabolic you can consume is protein. You might roll over to the diet board & post up your current meal schedule for comment. Eat clean, eat to build, train to build and you will build!
 
Yeah im starting to eat as much as I can with keeping it as healthy as I can. Have put on 3lbs since the pictures ( I was sick for 1 week there and lost 7 lbs :( ).

What are your stats? I really can't tell how big you are in pictures. I think I'm somewhere around that size.

Bench: 225
Dead: 350
Squat: 300
 
Haven't measured anything... but I will try to be helpful

6 ft, been training Hard for 5.5 months.

Is this max weights? Haven't maxed in a while , so here are my sets weight.

Bench: 165
Squat: 215
Dont do deads.

Oh ya im 171lbs. If you want to know anyother excerise weight just ask

...but its true that your arms are a bit too big in comparison, try doing more weight, lower rep sets on your pecs to catch them up. 5x5s or something similar might help. Good job though, for being 17! Keep lifting and growing. You are on natural juice right now :)
 
Haha just cause my arms are big you dont have to hate me.

They are strong but its not my fault, i dont work them more then any other body part, i do 3 excerisises for tri's and 3 for bi's.

I believe for strength back, shoulders, legs, and chest are all about the same, in relation. I also have a short chest if that makes sense ? Any excerises to help lengthen and widen the chest, or just my genetics ?

sorry rayo....... genetics are at fault for the shape of your chest but you can make the muscle bigger !!!

I would do light weights for your arms and everything else I would blast with heavy weights to get them up to size.

your gonna be a monster if you keep lifting orb !!!

Don't worry too much about it man. My shoulders were the same way as your arms for almost a year. They were huge compared to the rest of my body. they just developed faster. Now I'm getting closer to a symmetric look and that is after almost a year and a half more lifting.
 
Hey thanks for the encouragement guys !

Yeah i went to the gym today and did legs, so after legs i threw in some chest, Im going to try to work chest,back 2 times a week and see how it goes.

Also started doing 5x5s instead of 4x8s.
 
Good luck gains will come, atleast you have a "better" body part, for me I gain the same all around. I dont have a best bodypart everything is the same :evil:
