The old people in the house next door moved to an assisted living facility. Last night realtors stuck up a For Sale sign, I just called and got their answering machine. Should go cheap 'cause it hasn't had any major improvements/remodeling since the 1950s. I don't think they've even moved out the old people's stuff yet.

Flip it? I want the house, I could finally move out of the apartment without having to even rent a truck, it's right next door.

But I think the realtor blew me off. She said she was having difficulty with the key and would call me when she got that sorted out, but I've seen them showing the house to two other people.
