I want to take a nap everyday. I'm so fucking lethargic. Eating all day long and being in the heat doesn't help either. I lay in bed at least 7-8 hours per night, but I toss and turn.

I had a delivery for a pain clinic today and they had a sign hanging up for B-12 shots for $20. I was so tempted to get one, but I didn't really have the time to wait. I need to do something cause this constant fog I'm in throughout the day blows.

Any of you ever had a B-12 shot? I can swing by there on my lunch break and get one. Is it worth it? More energy? less brain fog? Halp?????
