I'm making a big pot of chilli. It smells good.

I've got twisted priorities, I used the cheapest "Ground Beef" in the store, and then splurged on San Marzano tomato products. It would have made a pretty killer Bolognese sauce when I tasted it before I started adding the chilli powder and other spices.
