I just finished a good one called A Complaint Free World

and I am about to start Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar & Survival

Thats cool! I'm the opposite right now, been reading and reading nothing but government regulations and all sortsof literature that is about 65% BullShit!!
My brain is fried right about now and can't think clearly. Went to Dallas last week and the training was great ,EXCEPT the literature was insane!
