So I just ate my weekly cheat meal. I visited my local Chinese eatery for some take out goodness. Honey chicken, house special lo mein, and seafood eggrolls. Those seafood eggrolls are the fucking fire. Shrimp, lobster, crab, cream cheese in a springroll and deep fried. I'm so fuking full. And I'm starting to sweat. I'll prolly drop another pound or two this week. When I get to single digit bodyfat I'm gonna send the pm circuit newds. Be warned.
