well i guess i'm a slave and a drag on society, but i live my life hoping to experience the good things God has given us in this life, while knowing there are better things awaiting. i'm not saying that i am smarter or better than anyone else, just saved by the grace of God. its easy to doubt but hard to believe.

If you;re a christian, saved by the grace of God typically means ignorant of history and looking forward to an afterlife while missing out on this one.

i don't fell as if i'm missing out on anything, except a lot of negative things and i'm not ignorant of history, just trusting in the truth. My relationship with Christ has brought me the best times of my life, much better than the life i had before. Btw, i'm not trying to force my beliefs on anyone, just sharing my experience.

You were cursed with a brain large and complex enough to ponder the afterlife so you are trying to convince yourself of something that doesnt exist. Well thats cool, and I respect that bro. I apologize if I have offended you personally. I just have a problem with those hypocritical zealouts and people who think they know more than others so they try to push their religion on them.

Like missionaries, I hate when they think its their duty to go ruin a nice culture because they deem them as savage because they dont buy into their religion.

People in ancient times needed a way to explain lightning and thunder, etc so Religion was born. It provided answers for things that science was not advanced enough at the time to explain.

don't dog on missionaries man, you hink its easy for them to go to some of the places they go? they not only try to spread the gospel, but they help build schools/provide medical care and food.
