1g primo per week
50mg proviron per day

on week 7 adding tren at 150mg eod
on week 10: upping proviron to 100mg a day, adding winny 100mg a day and halos at 25mg a day.

should be hard as steel.

a.m: rear delts/traps
p.m: quads

day 3:
a.m: front and middle detls/abs
p.m: tris

day 4:
a.m: back
p.m: bis

ill take a day off in the middle if i feel like it.
instinctive training is what my routine is all about though.
