Boogie Cycle Starts Tomorow!!

basically, one week ill intake no more than 2k cals per day. the majority of my carbs will be eaten pre and post workout.

the following week, ill consume 3k cals which is still below my BMR so ill burn some fat while allowing my body to gain some mass too.

then i repeat the cycle til the end.

training is the same..
2x workouts per day.. 4 times a week.
10 minute cardio sessions after each workout.
should be interesting as i've never been more focused on anything else in my life.

hmm the yo-yo cutting diet..sounds interesting...only 10 min cardio?

THATS a fuckin cycle, especially towards the end with the tren, winny, and halos. i just finished up a cycle that ended with tren, winny, masteron, and var-All I can say is DAMN! Look forward to a definate body refinement, for sure bro!

I just need Satch's midsection attached to my body and I'll be set. If I had a fkn digi-cam I would snap a pic of my guns. I think I may have you beat Boogieman. Thnk god for d-bol/tren/ and test. wOOt.
