basically, one week ill intake no more than 2k cals per day. the majority of my carbs will be eaten pre and post workout.
the following week, ill consume 3k cals which is still below my BMR so ill burn some fat while allowing my body to gain some mass too.
then i repeat the cycle til the end.
training is the same..
2x workouts per day.. 4 times a week.
10 minute cardio sessions after each workout.
should be interesting as i've never been more focused on anything else in my life.
hmm the yo-yo cutting diet..sounds interesting...only 10 min cardio?
