the moment has arrived:
12 week madness:

1g primo per week
50mg proviron per day

on week 7 adding tren at 150mg eod
on week 10: upping proviron to 100mg a day, adding winny 100mg a day and halos at 25mg a day.

should be hard as steel.
 
for the record..

this is a cutting cycle.
my weight as of today is 222 pounds.. roughly 13-14% bf.

plan is 210-215 pounds at 6-8% which i'm very confident about.

will keep you posted.
 
while many will disagree with this plan, i like the 'yo-yo' diet when cutting.
it keeps me fresh and strong all the way through.

basically, one week ill intake no more than 2k cals per day. the majority of my carbs will be eaten pre and post workout.

the following week, ill consume 3k cals which is still below my BMR so ill burn some fat while allowing my body to gain some mass too.

then i repeat the cycle til the end.

training is the same..
2x workouts per day.. 4 times a week.
10 minute cardio sessions after each workout.
should be interesting as i've never been more focused on anything else in my life.
 
Hey Satch, any chance of posting a few decent 'Before' shots?,(esp for us lowly non plats lol)I look forward to seeing how that cycle changes your physique.
