Thanks again people, I haven't just treated it just as a spot as I had one last cycle on side of my face/nose and my local gym owner said to put a pin it (what a load of shit advise that turned out to be) mine also ballooned to an outrageous size. It seems to have gone down a lot now as I have just left it completely just a red hard lump now, I'm gonna try Arimdex or Ketoconazole see how get on. Has any1 any advice for spots on back I seem to get it bad??

If it doesn't go away and becomes too bothersome, cvs sells this stuff called ichthammol ointment drawing salve. It'll leave a slight hole but within a week, will remove the boilhead in its entirety.

Thanks swole12014 I'll give that ago if does, not to bad at minute so fingers crossed. Running xxx tabs alongside so they may be the cause
