just an update after listening to some of your responses I decided to not juice. I did some more research and have been doing a fullbody HST routine along with 3 HIIT sessions a week my diets been real clean and strict for the last 3 months and i gotta say this new routine has got my Bodyfat just melting off like never before. Im glad you guys talked some sense into me and Im gonna hold off on AAS until i've exhausted all natural pathways. Some of the different approaches Ive learned while being here completely fly in the face of all the crap i use to do out of the muscle mags with no results and aching joint, by switching to a fullbody HST program and not going to failure on every set im already becoming stronger and adding size in a short period of time. TO ALL THE NEWBS TRY SOME OF THE PROGRAMS IN THE TRAINING STICKIES BEFORE USING AAS!!! Just saying thanks you guys know your shit.
GOOD CHOICE! Not on is hi bodyfat determinal but no one mentioned that adding a steroid like Dbol will not only retain water but Drive up your Blood pressure,Rome wasn't built in a day and it sure wasn't built on a foundation of toothpicks,so Props in building the foundation first instead of listening to your mis informed friend.
