10,8 110 leg curls
10,8 155 leg extension
10x 275 lbs 6 x 295leg press close stance leg press (i guess thats what it is, it works the ass real well
skipped tracking a bit but heres where i am.......
215 squats
225 lb deadlifts
95lbs shoulders
155 lb bench
did 65 lb curls with 140 lb close grip.........
i been squatting a few months only.... weight goes up fast.... the 220 went up no problem and today i did deadlifts at 225 again.... kinda sick i cant train like i woudl like to.
