Here it is:

total test = 302 range 250 - 1100
percent bioavailable = 53 range 46 - 224
bioavailable test = 106 range 110 - 575
shbg = 22 range 7 - 50
albumin = 4.4 range 3.7 - 5.1

Here are the numbers from last time

total test = 343 range 250 - 1100
percent bioavailable = 50 range 46 - 224
bioavailable test = 86 range 110 - 575
shbg = 30 range 7 - 50
albumin = 3.7 range 3.7 - 5.1

*prior to that we did not run bioavailable tests.
Here are the numbers three tests ago.

total test = 367

The first test I had done was 416 total test.

Here are the results from first to last:

416..... 367...... 343....... 302

To me I see my total test declining with each test run. They have all been run at the same time under the same conditions then tested by the same lab.
While my bioavailable has increased slightly I am disturbed with the trend of my total test dropping each time.

I am meeting with an endo this thursday. It should be interesting.

Are you fully recovered when you are taking these tests?

I have not touched AAS since last summer. All esters were out the first week of August. I used hcg and clomid at the appropriate times.
The tests were taken in Oct, Dec, Jan and March.

Slat, are you familiar with Dr Shippen's HRT approach? It's based on HCG. I've read in some cases with younger guys following 6 months or so low dose coupled with an AI (or in some cases DIM) if needed, in some cases natural levels were restored and HRT discontinued... it sounds like he got people running a prolonged PCT.

Where is Dr Shippen located? Does he have a website?

Did you have your levels taken before cycling? This may be your baseline. Which kind of sucks... but if you are stressed and sleep deprived, it can drop them 200 points.

I think he's in the Pennsylvania, unfortunately I don't know exactly where.

No website that I know of.

I highly recommend that anyone considering HRT reads his book:

The Testosterone Syndrome: The Critical Factor for Energy, Health, & Sexuality--Reversing the Male Menopause

or just scans the web for articles - alot of very good info is out there.

I met with the endo.
I am going back in a month to have my total test, bio available test, fsh, and lh checked.
She said my fsh and lh were too low.
If they are low again next time we will be scheduling an MRI to try and rule out a tumor in my head.
I meet with her on June 6th to review the results.

Good luck bro... I hope everything gets figured out pronto. At least you are being smart and going through the steps to get this diagnosed correctly. A lot of guys will just live with a problem and ignore it until it is too late.
