Blood test results

I recieved my blood test results yesterday. I have been on a cycle since last april (8months). I have basically been running a gram of test throughout along with 400-600mg of deca. Also, I have been using proviron at 50mg per day since April. I add d-bol at 50 mg per day for 1 month then take 1 month of and repeat.

I had the full panel blood work and everything checked out excellent. However I am somewhat worried about my lipid profile

Cholesterol 121 mg/dl
Triglycerides 107 mg/dl
HDL 42 mg/dl
LDL 58 mg/dl
Chol/HDL ratio 2.9
A/G ratio 2.0

Is this profile anything to be worried about? My doctor was not concerned and suggested that I add Cardio into my routine. I would appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks

I researched HDL and the optimal level is 60 for heart protection. My HDL must have decreased due to the AAS. WOuld it be possible to raise the HDL up to the 60 range whicle on cycle?

Your Ratio is excellent, I know guys that would kill to have their blood work look like yours. Some say Niacin, fish oil, cardiovascular excercise could increase HDL, never did alot for me.

I am going to stay on for the next year. Basically running the same stuff, test at 1gram per week, 400-600 deca, 50 mg proviron, and cycling in anavar and dbol at 50 mg ED respectivly. Would it be possible to maintain and or increase HDL., while having no increase in LDL?

Not bad at all. Did you use any anti-e's? That's the real culprit in lowering HDL.

Eat more eggs. That'll get your HDL up.

am i understanding you correct. you are going to stay on a gram of test for a year? and you were just on a gram for 8 months? plus all that other shit?? FOR A YEAR?? can you say - shut down!

if and when you ever come off, let me know your pct and how it works. b/c if id does, than that should be the new post cycle for everyone

Nelson, the only anti-e's I use are proviron and nolvadex. I am using proviron at 50 mg throughout, and 20 mg of nolvadex ED when I cycle in the d-bal. I noticed that the d-bol was causing some aggravation in the nipple area.

Any other recommendations in order to raise HDL while on the cycle? Is it true that whole eggs will increase HDL?

Don’t know about the whole egg thing, but you are fine. Your ratios are good and even though the HDL isn't as high as the "optimal" level there's hardly any LDL in your blood. Thus, there aint much LDL to deposit out and therefore not much need for higher HDL to scrub it from your arterial walls or to simply carry LDL back to the liver.

Thats not true always his total is only 121 so a 42HDL is fine. The ratio is the important factor..its the cardiac risk number. everything looks A-OK.
