well not to nitpick but thats assuming you are measuring correctly. i've had my bp taken with those goofy wrist monitors and its come out 200/120. it was then measured manually 118/68 lol .. not likely my bp dropped that much in 1 minute.. i have no doubt the OP has bp issues but lets all remember that 1 measurement using a non calibrated device isn't something to pin your life on and run to the ER.
make sure you are checking your blood pressure with an accurate device several times during the day to get an accurate measurement.
i will never forget the time an ex took her bp at the grocery store using those machines that get calibrated once every 3 or 4 years and it came out ridiculously high and her mom freaked out and rushed her to the ER only to find out her bp was fine once it was checked accurately. i can't believe people actually believe those things are 100% accurate.. mommy was a nurse btw which shows how ignorant people who work in the medical field are.
bottom line is don't abuse steroids.. eat healthy and clean.. keep your body fat under 15% if you are a male (under 26% if you are female) and exercise daily and you will be very hard pressed to ever have an issue with bp.. i don't give a shit if every person in your family died from a heart attack at 40, worry about your own body and stop making excuses
