Blood pressure.

How much Tren are you taking EOD? Tren always raises my Blood pressure. Cut back to half the amount of Tren and check it.

What are your stats? What supports are you taking while on cycle? Wgat was your BP precycle? What dosages are you running? Are you running anything with it?

Your body's condition, and what you do to protect it while on vastly impact blood pressure, lipids, and other health issues. If you aren't healthy enough or in good enough shape precycle, then you shouldn't cycle....especially harsh AAS like Tren. This is why we never recommend anyone to cycle unless they are 15% bodyfat or under.

10 caps of n2guard everyday will do the trick.. halve your tren and test dose.. i guarantee you stacking tren + test is the worst thing for your blood pressure which is why i tell guys either run a very small amount of test with it or no test at all.. most guys scoff at this advice but i've been doing it for a while and have zero bp issues on tren. test is the big bp killer believe it or not and when you stack both its a death sentence

it is the aromatization from the test that kicks your ass

I would just come off now if I were you. You already got a good 8wks in. High blood pressure is nothing to play with. I tried everything natural I could and it didn't work for me so I ended up going on BP meds and mine stays low even on test/tren/mast and EC. A lot of people will do well with using N2Guard and keeping estrogen in check.

^^ I agree... I would come off with bp that high, whats your doses? What cycle support are you running?

You need to add N2Guard, increase your water intake (with lemon), watch your sodium consumption, add potassium rich foods, and cut back on the carbs. (don't forget to add cardio and a good AI like arimidex)

I'm coming off.

Good decision. High blood pressure is no game. You got a good two months in. Next time take more measures like using n2guard, an AI, etc. to make sure it doesn't happen again. For some, like myself I had to go on BP meds. BP is one thing you really have to watch out for as a juicer.

152 over 98. Tren, mast and test prop. Should I stop and give my body a break?

You should seek medical assistance and most likely get the appropriate Blood Pressure medication. HBP is no joke and should be taken very seriously. It is good that you are monitoring but without treatment you will realize some long term health detriment.

I don't get it...some people say its completely normal for BP to go that high while on cycle and then others act like it should not happen at all.

Everything ^^^^^ right here!!!!! Along with what Rick Rock and Steve said.

Not to mention who checked your BP? Please don't tell me you went to the doc to get it checked? That is such bullshit. Please tell me you invested a lousy $30 in a good home unit and that you check it daily when you have been at rest for at least 30 minutes like you SHOULD to get an actual accurate reading and check it 3 times in a row for an average????!!!!!!

Ask your doc for a simple script for something mild like metoprolol or whatever YOUR DOC says you should be on. If he doesn't know about your AAS use and you cant tell him then say your under a lot of stress ect. Then when your BP comes back to normal you can stop the meds. But you'll have the refills. Now in the future you'll obviously plan better and be smarter about it right???!! But just incase things still get elevated you'll already have some mild BP meds.

Because the people on here forget what we really do. We put drugs in our body and act like nothing suppose to happen to our blood pressure. I don't care how much you plan in advance something will elevate. Your blood work will be out of whack! Stop acting like I'm new to this shit please! I do take armosian for bloating. I do use other supplement to help while cycling tren. I've been apart of this board longer than most and so understand what's going on.

if you run aromatizing compounds and gain weight fast then its inevitable that your bp is gonna go up. doesn't matter if you go into cycle 130 pounds at 5% body fat. the human body cannot handle a fast increase in weight like that.

this is why its important to cycle OFF to give the body a break and for those that choose to stay on atleast drop your cruise dose to HRT or LESS levels.

Longterm high BP is one of the biggest issues with AAS use. It is smart to keep this in check at all time. Saying that number is normal or ok on cycle is not good advice. Health is very important.

Out of curiosity why do you recommend the addition of the lemon in the water?

Agreed. Saying it is normal for BP to go higher on cycle is fine and correct. It is the failure to do anything about it that is not.

If your diastolic pressure goes above 110 or systolic above 180 you are supposed to repeat measure and if the pressure is still that high you are supposed to seek immediate medical treatment.

well not to nitpick but thats assuming you are measuring correctly. i've had my bp taken with those goofy wrist monitors and its come out 200/120. it was then measured manually 118/68 lol .. not likely my bp dropped that much in 1 minute.. i have no doubt the OP has bp issues but lets all remember that 1 measurement using a non calibrated device isn't something to pin your life on and run to the ER.

make sure you are checking your blood pressure with an accurate device several times during the day to get an accurate measurement.

i will never forget the time an ex took her bp at the grocery store using those machines that get calibrated once every 3 or 4 years and it came out ridiculously high and her mom freaked out and rushed her to the ER only to find out her bp was fine once it was checked accurately. i can't believe people actually believe those things are 100% accurate.. mommy was a nurse btw which shows how ignorant people who work in the medical field are.

bottom line is don't abuse steroids.. eat healthy and clean.. keep your body fat under 15% if you are a male (under 26% if you are female) and exercise daily and you will be very hard pressed to ever have an issue with bp.. i don't give a shit if every person in your family died from a heart attack at 40, worry about your own body and stop making excuses
