After nearly passing out on my leg workout I had my BP checked. I used one of those machines at Kmart so I'm not sure of the accuracy. It was 144/91 which is a bit on the high side. I'm 5 weeks into my cycle of 500mg/sus and 200mg enanthate. I'm thinking about cutting out the enanthate. Any suggestions for keeping normal BP in a cycle or do you just have to accept high BP while on juice?
 
Try adding some taurine it may help 3 to 6 grams daily. I had a 150/105 cut back alot of salt and started taking 3 grams of taurine and it is around 130/80 now

Get your bp checked by someone who knows what they are doing. Most walkin clinics will do it for free or just stop by a fire station and have it done there. You should do it regularly to see if it is just an anomalous reading or if you have a pattern of increased bp. Juice can raise your bp so watch the water retention, I prefer arimidex with test, but room for debate on that. I throw in some lasix as well at 20mg/day if I still hold water and my bp has increased, but I work with the stuff and know what Im doing so use it with medical supervision or dont at all. Cardio will also lower it as well, so do an hour of cardio a day if you dont already. I see people lower their bp quite a bit with just a low carb diet, but the usefulness of that with weight training may hinder you. ALso there are fine pharmaceuticals on the market such as micardis that I prefer for people who have bp problems and I think is more appropriate for a male wt lifter. Or you could try Hydrochlorothiazide as a first line drug to see if that helps. Its much cheaper and appropriate for mildly elevated BP. Directed by a physician of course.
First things first though, dont rely on the machines at the stores, they are all over the map and if you have big arms they will overestimate your bp, so have it checked by a professional

Train your heart, just as hard as you train your other muscles. I'm 340-350 lbs and I take gear, and my bp is much lower than that. I like high intensity type stuff 5-6 days/week, like sprints for example.
 
Depeding on how big your arms are it may give you a wrong reading. I can't use those type of BP checks b/c my arm won't fit into them.
 
I also think arm SIZE is really important...

Ivè gotten between 180-90 to 200-130!!!

However my blood tests and EKG is normal....

I don't think my 16" arms are enough to cause the machine to give a bad reading. I think I'm going to stop by my Doc tomorrow to get it checked.

The machines in drugstores only work on arms up to 15 inches... and some only up to 13 inches. So your 16 inch guns ARE too big for an accurate reading.
