hey boys
been gone for a while, havnt been running anything since 08. Anyways i don't eat clean that often, i pile down about 4-5 pounds of reat meat cooked in a slow cooker at least 4 days a week and eat alot. 6 feet and almost abs at 235pounds. on my first week of sust250 and popped 50mg of dbol a day. checked my blood pressure and its 153 over 79. i read that a bigger guy would have higher presure but i was wondering how bad this is compared to a meat head not average joe. any help bro's?
 
was you BP that high before you started? I know peeps who are about your size and their BP stays around the norm (120/80). I would be concerned about this as high BP can be dangerous (especially your kidney). I would revisit your eating habits, cardio and workout program and take care of this.
 
drop the dbol before you blow your top...
 
listen to your body, its telling you something. cut out the fatty foods. lean meats ONLY. that means chicken (baked or boiled, NOT fried), fish (specifically omega's like salmon is A+), turkey (white)....

do not take AAS while you are that out of shape, no one on here is gonna help you kill yourself. lose weight first
 
i just eat lots of red meat. i'm not fat at all, no abs but not fat. i'll clean up the diet and drop the dbols.
the slow cooker cleans out alot of fat though doesnt it? i put it in dry and and there inches of fat and juice i dont eat.
my bp has always been a little higher but i havnt checked it in years cause i havnt been on anything.
checked it for the first time today. was on a airplane for a while yesterday but i'll keep my eye on it.
would sust keep my bp up or should i drop my cycle completely
my health is important to me
 
Do some research and see what all that red meat did to Brock Lessner just about killed that dumb ass.

you want 120/70. Using an AI will help lower bloat/water weight reducing BP too.
 
unless you are solely worried about power lifting and dont mind a massive gut along with high BP/cholesterol and just generally being in crappy shape then go ahead consume lots of cows and milk and avoid fruits/veggies/fiber. like 4T said thats what almost killed that idiot Lesner.

not a fan of that look personally.. i mean its great those guys can bench 480 pounds but yuk can their wives/gf's even see their privates with that huge gut?
 
personally i believe everyone should have a sphygmomanometer (blood pressure Monitor)

....yeah i'm not a big fats ass thanks, i rock maybe 15 percent without doing cardio. i just eat lots of red meat. i redid my bp reading and i don't know what was up the first time maybe i had it on wrong. its 130 over 76. i did it three times and its right around there. i clean out a bit of red meat but i grow great on it. 236 is a pretty good weight for natural. i'm also a huge lesnar fan
 
haha well I think you must have been a little stoned when you took your bp the first time. You might also get some N2 Guard also its good for this kind of stuff and other issues from the juice.

by not eat clean i mean lots of fatty meats, not junk food.

Fatty meats really arent the enemy, fatty meats in conjunction with high carb processed diets are.

Dbol will jack BP and so can test if the dose is high enough and it heavily increases your RBC.

One of the best ways to lower BP is to have a strong cardiovascular system and its not attained by jogging, its attained by seriously jacking your heart rate.
 
Or start some good BP meds.....
Thats one of the biggest problems with the world today, everyone just wants to take a pill.
