Bloating

This is getting frustrating. Starting my 3rd week of test e cycle. I feel I am completely bloating. Before this cycle I was around 12-13% bf. My abs were starting to show and I felt happy about it. Now I feel like I am completely bloated. When I pinch my skin around my stomach and back it feels like a huge amount of fat is there where as before it was pretty small. I can barely see my abs unless I flex and when I saw myself in a picture from the weekend I looked bloated. My clothes feel tighter but not in a good way.

I'm taking adex .5mg EOD. I don't know if its working. I'm trying to get my diet perfect but it's tough to eat that many calories. I don't know what to do. I try to drink tons of water but I think it's only making me look more bloated.

I have started with Heladrol as well and am going to drop it since and see if it makes a difference. What else can I do? This is getting depressing. I liked what the sarms had done and was hoping this cycle would really help me get cut. I don't want to get to much bigger, just drop the fat and keep the muscle I have thats why I started the cycle.

The only real bad thing I did was drink on St Paddys day and this weekend for a going away party. I hoped that it wouldn't screw things up to bad. I plan on cutting it out the rest of the way and try to dial this down perfect.

So far this is my diet.

Meal 1. 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal with 1 cup skim milk
1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1+ tbsp NPB

or 1 cup Skim milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 scoop protien powder all bleanded together

1 hr later 1 slice whole wheat toast with 1+ tbsp NPB

Meal 2. 2 scoops protien powder in water

Meal 3. 1+ cup whole wheat pasta
1 chicken breast
1+ tbsp olive oil

Meal 4. 1 large can tuna

Meal 5. (post workout) 1 EAS myoplex RTD meal replacement drink (42G protien) or 2 scoops protien powder in water
1 Banana

Meal 6. 1 block of cold tofu
1 green giant garden vegetable medley frozen veggies

or 1 chicken breast with BBQ sauce
1+ red potatoe bolied and tossed with Olive oil and garlic

Meal 7. 1 cup skim milk
1 scoop protien powder
1+ TBSP NPB

I'm trying to tweak it a little bit and and am switching the pasta with brown rice. I sometime go out and will eat some grilled chicken in a wine sauce with veggies otherwise that is it.

Any advice on cutting while doing test e? How can I perfect my diet? Thanks for any help.

dropping the helladrol is not going to help Its not the problem. Your problem is estrogen and water weight

drop all the milk might help with bloat a bit not much.

You want a product that will drop estrogen, progesterone and also pull the water out of the skin and into the muscles and veins. forma-stanzol will do this. Out in less then 2 weeks. but for now up the adex to 1mg ed this will help too.

i personally disagree. i say leave the milk. lower sodium if possible, up the water intake and up the adex to 1mg eod. if that doesnt work your adex is fake.

only because you like milk lolo... Any way you look at it milk does bloat some people. So it was only presented as a option. Just because you like milk does not mean the option should be over looked.

Milk contains lots of sugar even the 2% kind so my stance is to avoid it if possible. Never thought about the Adex being fake, that would be rare but not unheard of.

that little bit of skim milk isnt going to bloat him that much. plus i doubt the milk is a new addition to the diet so its not making the change from before. the change is from estro and the high estro is a bad thing. adex should resolve the issue if the adex is real.

i wouldnt advise leaving in milk just because i like it. i advise it because its good for the muscle and its not the problem.

I'm not knocking milk joe I love it however when bloat becomes a concern then everything should be considered ,yes even milk.

Thats my final take on it!

yes the milk could be a contributor to bloat but not any more than it was before the cycle. the issue here is estro and removing milk may slightly help but the ai is going to be the real fix. i was just defending the fact that i didnt reccomend leaving the milk because i like milk as stated above.

O lets brake it down for the poor guy who said he disagrees. So he can better understand why the option of getting rid of the milk should not be overlooked.

The paradoxical insulin release
Milk is an unusual food because many people ( like your self) dont under stand that even though it only has a glycemic index of 41 milk still is pretty magic. it also has a high insulin index number Something in milk promotes a huge release of insulin in the body which was originally demonstrated with whole milk and has more recently been demonstrated with nonfat milk too. What causes it? Certain amino acids in milk promote insulin release! including two of the three branched- chain amino acids leucine and isoleucine, and tryptophan. Beet contains the same amino acids yet has low 6.1. and insulin index numbers. Another possibility is that lactose has an additive effect when it!s taken in with the amino acids in milk. That makes sense when you consider that adding protein to carbs increases insulin output by about 37 percent.

Studies show that the only dairy product that doesn't promote a large insulin response is cheese. All other dairy foods-including whole and nonfat milk yogurt ice cream and cottage cheese-promote a larger than expected insulin release in the body. In sensitive people those dairy foods may produce an insulin release large enough to produce reactive hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. The effect is so potent that even adding milk to a meal containing a mixture of high- and l ow-G.I. foods can result in increased insulin release

Going back to The paradoxical insulin release
High-level insulin release promotes the release of another hormone, aldosterone, from the adrenal glands. Aldosterone promotes sodium and water retention! while also promoting potassium excretion.

Moving on While a potent anabolic hormone in muscle, insulin is also the most potent promoter of fat accretion in the body Whenever insulin is secreted all mechanisms that affect fat oxidation are blunted, while all mechanisms that promote fat gain are increased. Insulin itself will not make anyone fat, but when combined with sugar) its fat-promoting effects are magnified. And guess what all milk (whole or skim) has a shit load of???? you guessed it lactose a much more powerful form of sugar then people give it credit for.

So if one were to drink milk with just about every meal (like this person is) what do you think might happen? OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :D:heart::heart::heart:

anyway its more then likely that its the adex is crap or he needs to up the dose. Try this first then if this does not help try dropping the milk after. It can't hurt to do both now though. then add the milk back in after the bloat goes away. If it comes back then you know it was the milk.

Need2, you've got a great point. While I'm not saying milk is it, I am an insulin-dependent diabetic. When I am on AAS, I have increased insulin resistance, and most people probably will as well. What this means is that the insulin is not cleared as fast from the blood stream. In fact, it can cause the pancreas to release more insulin then normal, and this means more aldosterone. I notice when I am on AAS, I hold more water, same diet, same timing, same food, same training, peroid. Its because I have to increase my insulin dose, both short and long acting to counteract the AAS insulin sensitivity. I food-bloat so much easier on AAS. Just FYI.

However, blaster, I had to increase my aromasin to 25mg a day here this week as I started getting itchy and sore nipples. I was on 12.5mg EOD. Once I get the soreness gone, I'm going to try to drop to 12.5mg ED and see if that is enough remainer of cycle.

Thanks for all the replies. I will drop the milk and increase the adex to 1mg eod. I only take it at night to get some cassien protien before I sleep. I know the adex isn't fake as I got it from a very reliable source over at TSC.(at least I hope so) Hopefully this will help. Any other things that can help with the diet? Currently try to do 45 min LIT 4 days a week in morning on empty stomach. Hopefully that will help with this. I can't imagine gaining 10lbs of fat in 2 weeks even though it mentally feels that way.

so why is milk all the sudden causing all these problems for him now but not before the cycle? why wouldnt simply controlling the estrogen with an ai be the more logical answer since the milk and its insulin release values are a key contributor to gains on cycle?

Another question about bloating. Is this normal to be experiencing this only 2 weeks into a test e cycle? I thought with the long ester it would take longer.
