This is getting frustrating. Starting my 3rd week of test e cycle. I feel I am completely bloating. Before this cycle I was around 12-13% bf. My abs were starting to show and I felt happy about it. Now I feel like I am completely bloated. When I pinch my skin around my stomach and back it feels like a huge amount of fat is there where as before it was pretty small. I can barely see my abs unless I flex and when I saw myself in a picture from the weekend I looked bloated. My clothes feel tighter but not in a good way.
I'm taking adex .5mg EOD. I don't know if its working. I'm trying to get my diet perfect but it's tough to eat that many calories. I don't know what to do. I try to drink tons of water but I think it's only making me look more bloated.
I have started with Heladrol as well and am going to drop it since and see if it makes a difference. What else can I do? This is getting depressing. I liked what the sarms had done and was hoping this cycle would really help me get cut. I don't want to get to much bigger, just drop the fat and keep the muscle I have thats why I started the cycle.
The only real bad thing I did was drink on St Paddys day and this weekend for a going away party. I hoped that it wouldn't screw things up to bad. I plan on cutting it out the rest of the way and try to dial this down perfect.
So far this is my diet.
Meal 1. 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal with 1 cup skim milk
1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1+ tbsp NPB
or 1 cup Skim milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 scoop protien powder all bleanded together
1 hr later 1 slice whole wheat toast with 1+ tbsp NPB
Meal 2. 2 scoops protien powder in water
Meal 3. 1+ cup whole wheat pasta
1 chicken breast
1+ tbsp olive oil
Meal 4. 1 large can tuna
Meal 5. (post workout) 1 EAS myoplex RTD meal replacement drink (42G protien) or 2 scoops protien powder in water
1 Banana
Meal 6. 1 block of cold tofu
1 green giant garden vegetable medley frozen veggies
or 1 chicken breast with BBQ sauce
1+ red potatoe bolied and tossed with Olive oil and garlic
Meal 7. 1 cup skim milk
1 scoop protien powder
1+ TBSP NPB
I'm trying to tweak it a little bit and and am switching the pasta with brown rice. I sometime go out and will eat some grilled chicken in a wine sauce with veggies otherwise that is it.
Any advice on cutting while doing test e? How can I perfect my diet? Thanks for any help.
