ive gone from 201 up to 204 since monday. I really dont understand how that is possible when i do atleast 2 hours of hardcore cardio 6 days a week. I think its bloat cause my stomach has gotten bigger, im drinking almost 2 gallons of fuid a day, half a gallon of greentea extract mixed with lemon juice and splenda, about 2G a day of GT xtract. I started taking some CLA ( 3G a day ) and some flax and borage oil ( 1 tbsp a day ) try to keep the carbs seperate from the fats as much as possible, the only time they are mixed is at dinner and its like 80G carbs and 15G fat 40+ G of protein. And i take in about 200g of protein a day.
