Black Sabbath fans?

I've been blastin' Black Sabbath non-stop lately. I have the 2-disk best of Black Sabbath, and the 2-disk Reunion CD. One of my fav songs is Planet Caravan (it's hard to hear lyrics, but the lyrics are cool)
 
Black Sabbath... straight innovators in the Rock 'game'...

Cant go wrong with "Iron Man", "Electric Funeral", "Paranoid", and "Sweet Leaf"
 
nice, i'm listenin' to sweet leaf right now :D personally, i have great admirations of Ozzy's music... i dunno what rock would be like without him.

I've got every Ozzy CD, and I know 95% of the lyrics to every song, lol sad. Call me a fan :D


I also like "Miracle Man" -- that's a cool song.
 
90% of Ozzy's solo work is shit. The Osbornes show is shit. Kelly Osborne is fucking ugly....

I have a huge cd and mp3 collection.. I love music.. my fave ozzy song is No More Tears, but I don't rate any of his other tunes.. Sabbath had their moments of greatness.. who doesn't love paranoid?

I love: Roots Manuva, Braintax, Def Tex, Dr Doom, Cyprus Hill, Tribe called Quest, Prodigy, Aim, Royksopp, Atmos, Astrix, Astral Projection, Infected Mushroom, GMS, Blu Peter, Baby Doc, Hed PE, Sevendust, Mantronix, Bambaataa, Concord Dawn, Layo and Bushwacka, Flytronix, Klute, King Kooba, Goldie, Run DMC, Melle Mel/Flash, Beastie Boys, Air, DJ Teebee, Human League, Kraftwerk, Zero 7, Lemon Jelly, Belle and Sebastian, Bad Brains, Cromags, Vovoid, Anthrax, Disturbed, Slayer, Led Zeppelin, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc

I live for my music..... old skool, new skool, drum n bass, house (hard house, deep house, happy hardcore, hardcore), techno, metal, electronica.....

I also make my own music: techno.

Well, I like those above... as for the rest, i don't really listen to them or i've never heard them, mostly the latter.

In all honesty, i've never met anyone in my life who disliked Ozzy's/Black Sabbath's music. It's all good...
 
You should check them out.... there is so many fantastic acts out there........ I don't like Ozzy... I liked Sabbath... Ozzy needs to retire - he's a joke....

I never really considered Led Zeppelin to be considered metal. Always thought it was more rock music than metal... correct me if I am wrong.
 
now we are just aplitting hairs... but I think Iron Maiden, Sabbath et al are tired old bands that are fine to listen to as long as you are listening to modern fresh music also... I mean.. Maiden hardly "rock" anymore.. Ozzy no longer rocks - he shakes!

Disturbed suck, Sevendust suck, Queers of the Stoned Age suck. Screw Nu-"Metal", these fucks aint even in the same league as Maiden, Sabbath, Malmsteen, Omen, Sodom, Helstar, ect.

Sodom's production sucks.. fine if you like that charecteristic tinny no bass muddy sound.. Malmsteen is a cunt...

It's not a comeback, it is quite obvious. Anyone who would say shit like Disturbed and Sevendust is better then bands like Maiden, then call guys like Malmsteen talentless know absolutely NOTHING about music. Go and get Educated before you speak on matters.
 
Malmsteem is badly produced self indulgent wank with amazingly shit vocals... Maiden were good about 16 years ago...

I prefer techno/house and drum n bass to metal... it's more happening and more inventive MOSTLY....

Your musical choices sound very limited.. is that the only shit you listen to? I bet you like Gary Fucking Moore also...
 
Hmm maybe that's why he doesn't sing then??? Hence why he went and got good singers like Jeff Soto to sing for him? Yeah my choices are VERY limited. Metal(by that I mean true Metal, not MTV funk bullshit being passed off as Metal), and Classical. I don't waste my time with talentless consumer driven bullshit. Why would I?

Since when has drum n bass or techno been MTV garbage or even MTV? They get very little mainstream coverage... You don't have a clue what these genres are....

Unable to deal with talentless shit. I've been singing/playing since I was 12. And i'm not gonna support or listen to shit bands who can barely play, can't even tune their own setups, and think getting on the cover of Hit Parader is "the shit". Enough said.

i love zeppelin to death, but plant wasn't the greatest metal singer at all. but then again i don't often make the comparison of zeppelin to metal per se
