Black and Blue on Site Injection - Karma

I was in the shower just now, and I noticed a black and blue spot (about 1"x1") on my skin on my thigh, it was the site injection of last weeks 500mg of omna. When I applied pressure on it, I felt no pain. But the discoloration was there.

Is this normal? Karma for all.

I have a nice one on my chest, I got it from massageing the area

I massaged it also, maybe its that. Unless someone else wants to shine some light on the subject.

This has happened to me before. Especially from shoulder injections, I have had it consume my entire tricep down to my elbow. There was an explanation for it posted a while ago. I think it has something to do with breaking blood vessels while injecting. You have to make sure you don't move the needle around while it is inside you.

I second big moose. the only times i had significant "bruising" or discoloration was 1) when i inadvertently let the syringe slip out of my hand during a delt shot. the little fucker bobbed up and down like a doorstop =big bruise approx 2" x 2"; and 2) when i hit a very superficial vein in my quad =small (.5 x .5)

It's just a bruise from passing thru and breaking blood vessels....

It recover but when your on juice it takes longer b/c your clotting time is slower because your blood is thinner...dont sweat it, i bruised easily on cycles

It recovers.....they regenerate themselves and form new BV's anastomes...
