On a bis + tris workout what do you do :

Tris then bis

Bis then tris

Mixing both

Hardly anyone mix bis and tris exercices at the same time but I don't understand why

Working one muscle and its antagonist(s) does not seem to be a bad idea....
 
Tris first always.

If I do bis first, the pump interferes with my tricep workout. (superset = exception)

So, always tris first. Plus I believe in larger muscle groups first.

One at a time actually sounds like a decent idea for antagonist groups. Bump for that.
 
I do tris first always...more important in my opinion..I couldn't care for my biceps in all honesty...feel like I hit em on most of the pulling/pressing movements anyways...whenver I feel like doing hte pretty boy lifts Ill throw some bicep work in
 
Try doing your Tri`s first and another time try Bi`s first.
Feel which way works best for you and then go with it.

Pump on .....
 
I've tryed every combination in the past and I feel that switching back and forth between sets works the best.

BB Curls
Weighted Dips
Hammer Curls
Closegrip
Incline DB Curls
Incline Nosebreakers
 
Tris then Bis!!

You can NEVER have big enough tris...I assume you want maximum size on your arms...hit the bigger muscles(tris) when you are freshest and then save the bis for last..or at least that is how I justify what I do:)
