my girlfriend is on "the pill" she has gained a little weight. im curious if it is waater or fat or what. i just got her to start training with me 4-5 days a week one body part but i do low reps and she dose high. were both on high prot low carb diets but im not suer how much protein to give her? she weighs about 145lbs and hold about 10-12%bf. i need to get her bf checked but she feels uncomfortable about it right now. anyway she dose cardio 6days a week for 30 min at 50@ full effort. any tips for her bf reduction or training regimn would be greatluy appreciated. she is on hydroxy cut now taking 3 per day but shes about to bump it us to six cause shes been on it for about a week.
