was fucking awesome! We rode single speed 29" rigid Raleigh XXIX bikes. Did 15 miles at Skookum flats, then 26 miles later in the day on an old railroad bed on the first day.
The second we went to Some sweet singletrack up in the hils near Mt. Si. That place rocked! Best time I ever had on a bike. Started with a 8 mile or so climb up a gravel road followed by another 8 or so down through the trees with bridges, roots, rocks, steps and all kinds of shit. At the end we all jumped in the river that must have been 33 degrees at best. The look on peoples faces after they went under was priceless.
On the third day we rode some carbon road bikes for a 40 mile ride around Lake washington. Fuckin sweet ride!
This was one of the best trips I've ever been on and it was all paid for by the company I work for and one of our vendors.
Not to mention all sweet schwaag I got. A $500 HID Topeak ligh, a bunch of jerseys, a custome jersey, 2 pairs of gloves, a pair of shades, a camelbak, and a bunch of other shit. Can't wait till next year!
I love my job.
