biggest mistake in my life!!

i've been gaining since june from weight gainers 2500(twinlab)and i manage to get all the way up to 260lbs (from over training) but i was getting headches and my body started to look like crap, so i decided to stop drinkin that and only use creatine, a month after w/ same training,nutrition and all, i shurnk bad,so i went to weight myself, i had lost freaking 30lbs :mad: hopefully i'll gain back some of the weight before my cycle.
lesson learned=if you ganing there is no complaining

anyone ever made a stupid mistake like that?
 
That was a very long sentence.

Something must be wrong with you, people dont loose 30lbs in a month. Do you still have both your arms and legs?
 
This doesn't make sense unless you went from gorging yourself to fasting. I don't get it. Were you taking metabolic enhancers?
 
what a stupid fuck. weight gainers are garbage loaded with sugars. from that stuff u can just gain fat!

If you lost 30lbs in a month, thats like loosing a pound per day. 1lb per week is a safe way to loose FAT and usually happens when you put yourself in a calorie deficit of 500 cals per day (3500cals/wk). Basically you are saying you are in a calorie deficit of 3500cals.day. If you continue on at this rate you will be dead in a few months.

Good luck, and can I have your creatine when you are gone?
