BigB Katana 3 + SARMS log!

Hey bro, very nice log u got going here, those squats are really impressive to say the least.

I see that both u and Psizzle have noted an increase in endurance and stamina, i just cant figure out exactly what in the new katana causes this... im very interested to know this coz im gearing up to join the army in a couple of months and would like my endurance and stamina to be the best it can be straight from the beginning of boot camp, so i'd have a good chance of making ranger.

..Also..how are your joints feeling so far? i have some epi on hand and wouldn't mind stacking katana with it for the added endurance benefits, just dont want my joints getting too dry, since ima be running and doing a lot more cardio.

Yeah bro I am absolutely feeling some badass endurance effects, not sure what is contributing to this.

I was feeling super dry so I started a krill/fish oil supp and my joints are feeling great. I think stacking epi with this new katana would be insane man, you'd lean out so much and still put on mass, whike getting strong. Just a well rounded stack!

if I were you I would throw in GW and get your endurance through the roof before basic, as much of what you'll be doing requires so much stamina.
 
One word for today:SWEAT!

Temp is running super high, can't stop sweating today, especially after my workout.

5 mile medium pace jog, felt really good outside so I just went for it. Endurance just gets better and better every day and i'm not feeling much soreness at all.

20 min bike ride, then a 5 minute sit in a dry sauna.

Did a lot of ab work, which I neglect too often.

Planks, crunches, v-ups, repeat.

Showered, and when I got out I had some crazy vascularity all down my neck and delts, which I haven't had much of in a while!

The katana has me feeling so pumped and strong through the day, I really feel like i'm on 500mgs of test

Endurance is crazy, sweating has increased...as a former athlete I have tendinitis all over my damn body, in the winter months I'm bed-ridden...I have yet to experience any sides related to joints from the katana
 
Buying some chicken today to get me through the holidays!

1 and 1/2 stacks. Cheaper to buy my protein in bulk lol

The first couple of days, but once I got my macros dialed in and used my carbs with N2Slin to my advantage, i'm now PUMPED all day long. So much energy bro
