Alright guys, I got picked to log the new Katana v3.0 on both Elite Fitness and MRSupps forums, so let's get to this!

Going to be running sarmssearch GW with it at 20mgs a day as well.

I know the typical time on katana is supposed to be six weeks, but i'm going to run it for 8 as it's new to me (at least the new one) and i'd like to see what happens with this formula

I'm also going to run it at 4 caps a day. The first time I ran katana, I got some tenderness in my nips, though I was also taking a couple of things with it, so I will have aromasin on hand to be safe.

My stack as of now is looking like this:

My diet is generally always great, so that won't change. I need to consume 3300 cals for maintenance or I tend to lose size very quickly. Just a part of life as an ecto. Protein intake is always high, and my carb sensitivity is fairly low so those will both stay up. The only thing that will change is I will be introducing intermittent fasting for the first time.

My training lately has been geared more towards gaining solid mass and strength, but I will be scaling my heavy lift days down to 3 times a week and use the rest of my time to focus on HIIT as well as one complete day of rest (also new to me)

It's getting late here, so I'll be updating tomorrow and throught the next couple of months with progress, workouts, and results. Hope you guys follow along and like the log, and don't forget to join us over on the other forum!!!!

Alright guys (and girl) it has been a hell of a week at work, but I'm making sure I am focused on my training.

Daily dosing looks like this:
4 caps Katana spread out
7 caps HCGenerate spread out
20mg GW split into two doses morning/night
N2Slin X2 before every meal

Monday, day one. Killed it in the gym. Push day, so I hit every major compound lift for chest, tris, shoulders, and traps. I didn't go very heavy, but stuck to a really high rep range and only had a minute between sets. Warmed up with 150 pushups and a 20 minute stairclimber session. By high rep, I mean HIGH ass reps lol.

For example, incline DB press:
80s - 8 sets of 10
70s - 8 sets of 10
60s - 10X10
50s - 10X10

All the way down to 15s. I couldn't do another rep when I got that low lol on about the halfway mark with the 20s, a couple skinny kids walked over to where I was and loaded the BB for flat bench and were kinda smiling to each other and nodding towards me while I was struggling to do inclines with 40 fkn pounds...little shits.

Anyways, I incorporated that routine into all my lifts and by the time I got to cable pushdowns, I could only do 5 sets of 10 with 100. My arms were on FIRE and my chest was so pumped and full I felt wider just walking out to my truck.

Tuesday, day two. Intermittent fasting started kicking my ass. I woke up in the early morning several times with bad craving since I'm used to being a pig and eating all day long. Felt really tired and dry. I weighed in at 194 but felt super dry and light. Started to get a painful little spot under my nipple, but not a lump or puffyness. Took aromasin just to be safe. This happened the first time I ran katana 2.0 so I was sort of expecting it. Gyno is really rare with katana, i'm just unlucky lol.
Pull day. My chest and shoulders are SO sore, it feels awesome. I haven't had this kind'm of burn in months, so i'm stoked to be this motivated for a run. I incorporated the high rep routine into my compound pulls as well, since it worked so great for me on monday. Warmup was a 30 minute elliptical session.

I think it's the N2Slin, but after doing a good solid bi/back workout, I had an insane pump going. Everything looked full and vascular. Can't wait to start feeling the Katana and the GW!

Wednesday, day 3. Hungry as fuck again. Spent a good hour last night texting psizzle about candybars and shit...

IF sucks ass.

Anyways, feeling SUPER dry. I'm looking a bit leaner, i'm assuming the Katana plus the Aromasin are starting to get some water out.

I'm getting itchy too, when I break a sweat I feel like scratching myself with a cheese grater...

Anyways, took my first katana caps on an empty (very empty) stomach and got some jitters from the caffiene, so I won't be doing that again. Didn't need a preworkout though :)

Was supposed to do legs today, but decided to do my first pure cardio day instead. Started with a 3 mile run in just over 18 minutes, which is great for me. Still not feeling the GW yet or much off the Katana, though I will say my muscles have a harder feel to them. Almost like a cramp, but not painful.

After my run, I did a bunch of weighted burpees which sucked. Then did 4 planks at 2 minutes each. Mountain climbers X100, then 120 crunches.

Did a slow jog for a cool down and a lot of stretching, as I'm still very sore from my new routine. Loving it!

Vascularity is starting to pop a little, and I can NOT wait for this Katana 3 to kick in around the same time as the GW does. This run is going to be awesome bros!

I still have some v2.0 that I could use instead... or perhaps I could use them BOTH? Lol, just glad to see everything is treating you well so far bro, I need to read more about IF as it seems a lot of people are doing it to lean out really nicely! Keep up the hard work bro, and I'll keep up mine... we'll compare notes at the end!

Thanks buddy! I think being new to IF and taking two caps on am empty belly is why I got a little jittery. I can't vouch for 3.0 much yet, but I can say I've never been unhappy with a mrsupps product, and the v2.0 treated me very well! i'll come visit your log soon!

I know...it sucks so bad right now though lol. I can't wait for the hunger to subside. I was hoping the caffeine would help supress my appetite a little, but I'm still growling away at night.

On the road this evening, just throwing a really quick update out there.

Yesterday I upped my aromasin to 12.5mg every day. I have developed small painful knots under both nipples, so hopefully this will take care of it.

I can feel my body changing already, the GW has started kicking in, and my warmups are getting more intense!

I'm looking leaner every day, and the katana strength has started in! It's not crazy yet, but I can definitely tell I am starting to get stronger as well as an increase in stamina.

The N2Slin had me holding water for a couple days, but I adjusted my carbs to basically all pre workout and it shed off quickly.

As for sides, all I can tell so far is a huge battle with hunger :( fucking hate being hungry. It is getting better though. Also getting a bit dry in my joints so I have increased water intake and started a quality krill/fish oil combo I like to use. I will hit up some forged joint repair if need be.

In short, i'm only on day 5 and starting to see slight boosts in strength and stamina, limited sides, and a bit of leaning out. Very similar to a sarms triple stack thus far, if I were to compare it to anything!

Really quick but intense one tonight bros. Had a workout partner for a change so I was able to fly through a great session and leave satisfied.

Been sweating a lot more, and I'm leaning out some more without a doubt, but am considering upping my calories some. I'm staying hungry on this IF diet and am down to 189 pounds today....not cool.

Started with a 25 minute elliptical round and about 10-12 mins of jump rope.

Did some shoulder work with srugs and seated military press, but started running short on time.

Overall, feeling good and strong, and the GW has kicked in full swing! I think it is underrated as a lifting compound as well as endurance. I busted the above workout out in record time, and hardly took time between sets. My stamina is through the roof!

SS is impressing me as usual!

So far I'm loving the new katana, and am ready to get even more shredded! Getting bf% checked again tomorrow, but I think i'm still in double digits. It's only been a week though, so I'm looking forward to what happens in the next few weeks!

Pretty fuckin pissed today about the election results, so I was more than happy to hit the iron...but not gonna bring politics into my workout thread...just know I didn't need a preworkout lol

Been experiencing a shitload of sweating today, and I'm getting really oily skin. Finally getting used to IF and not staying hungry all the time. N2Slin is the shit! I've shed all the water I was holding from it at first, and can really start seeing the effects of the katana.

The aromasin has taken care of the little bumps I had forming, and hcgenerate (i assume) has my libido sky high lol I feel pumped 24/7 and can tell my strength is increasing.

Started the day with about 200 yards of tire flips and in/outs, then a little jumprope session that lasted maybe 12 minutes.

Squats

300 X19 (fuck!)

Incline leg press

370 X20, X20

Hamstring curls

110 to failure probably 25 or so

The calf raises I do are on a cable machine that is so old the numbers are worn out on the weights, but if I remember right the whole stack is around 500lbs, which I did 3 max sets of. Probably a good 60 reps.

Been getting some serious pain in my right foot, which is almost entirely constructed of titanium, so starting tomorrow i'll be ramping up a TB-500 run to try and combat a little bit of it. Ibuprofen only does so much...

Felt pretty decent about tonight, now headed home to ice/heat my foot and order some skelatal balm!

Huge burn today. Had some troubles on the home front, so I just hit the gym hard and did pure cardio.

Started with a little 20 minute bike session for a warmup, then 60 pushups and 10 mins high intensity jumprope.

Had a good pumped up feeling, but was hardly even short of breath. My endurance is through the roof right now so I took full advantage of it.

Did some bagwork on a heavy bag for 5 rounds of 5 minutes each, incorporated alot of muy thai/kickboxing stuff and worked on my footwork. Then moved to some target bags and did another 10 mins of solid work. Felt good to work some stress out.

after that I hit mountain climbers for a hard 5 minutes straight into 1 minute sprints X10.

By the last sprint I was getting drenched. I did a 10 minute walk to cool down and hit the showers.

Feeling very strong and lean, still hovering in the high 180s and probably at 10%. I'm getting super dry and the hunger pains are pretty much gone.

This is turning out to be a pretty good run so far, and I have to admit I am impressed with the stack!

Will be posting progress pics soon! Want to be able to really show off some improvements, and I am only 2 weeks in, so I can't wait to see the final result!

Thanks buddy! Not quite on your level yet but i'm loving the 20 rep range. I thought I had leveled off until I did some reading into high rep theory, and am really impressed with the results.

I think I have a fuckin mental block though, I CAN'T hit 20 reps on my last set. Tried the same weights and reps for 3 leg days in a row and can't do it unless I sacrifice form and I'm not gonna do that...

Give it time bro it took me a few weeks to adjust to 20-25 reps. Than the weights skyrocketed!
 
I bought another bottle and I'm running 2a.m. 2p.m. with food

So far I'm loving it! N2Slin compliments it very well as long as you have your macros down

Hmm.. i still have a bottle of 2.0 left as well, since they are different compounds and not hepatoxic, wonder if I could run them together? Been hitting cardio so much the past three days it's insane!

Back up to 189 this morning.

Did some fasted cardio this a.m. with a P90X ab ripper and plyometrics thrown in. then did a 2 mile run in under 12 minutes for the first time since bootcamp lol

I think the katana effects on endurance are outstanding. I've ran GW before and never experienced stamina like I currently have!

I feel like I can go and go and go and never stop.

My recovery is through the roof as well. My high rep range was making me so sore the first few days, but now I have to stop and remind myself that just because I don't feel it doesn't mean I didn't work it.

Getting a great rush off two caps on am empty stomach in the mornings.

Bout to hit up some eggs and finish the work day. Another crossfit workout coming tonight!

I see that both u and Psizzle have noted an increase in endurance and stamina, i just cant figure out exactly what in the new katana causes this... im very interested to know this coz im gearing up to join the army in a couple of months and would like my endurance and stamina to be the best it can be straight from the beginning of boot camp, so i'd have a good chance of making ranger.

..Also..how are your joints feeling so far? i have some epi on hand and wouldn't mind stacking katana with it for the added endurance benefits, just dont want my joints getting too dry, since ima be running and doing a lot more cardio.

Yeah bro I am absolutely feeling some badass endurance effects, not sure what is contributing to this.

I was feeling super dry so I started a krill/fish oil supp and my joints are feeling great. I think stacking epi with this new katana would be insane man, you'd lean out so much and still put on mass, whike getting strong. Just a well rounded stack!

if I were you I would throw in GW and get your endurance through the roof before basic, as much of what you'll be doing requires so much stamina.

Showered, and when I got out I had some crazy vascularity all down my neck and delts, which I haven't had much of in a while!

..Also..how are your joints feeling so far? i have some epi on hand and wouldn't mind stacking katana with it for the added endurance benefits, just dont want my joints getting too dry, since ima be running and doing a lot more cardio.

Endurance is crazy, sweating has increased...as a former athlete I have tendinitis all over my damn body, in the winter months I'm bed-ridden...I have yet to experience any sides related to joints from the katana

The first couple of days, but once I got my macros dialed in and used my carbs with N2Slin to my advantage, i'm now PUMPED all day long. So much energy bro

I only bought the two stacks on rollers lol. That's all that will fit in the deep freezers at my house, I had to save a little room in case I kill a deer this year.

I did the math after the store manager gave me a deal, and I ended up saving almost 200 bucks to buy it all at once!

Yeah bro I am absolutely feeling some badass endurance effects, not sure what is contributing to this.

I was feeling super dry so I started a krill/fish oil supp and my joints are feeling great. I think stacking epi with this new katana would be insane man, you'd lean out so much and still put on mass, whike getting strong. Just a well rounded stack!

if I were you I would throw in GW and get your endurance through the roof before basic, as much of what you'll be doing requires so much stamina.

Sarmssearch Osta has a great muscular endurance effect for me (not so much for cardio).

Whenever I run it, my reps go up by 3-5 at the same weight.
 
That's no doubt, my recovery is insane as well. I feel sore for maybe half a day, and only if I absolutely destroy myself in the gym the previous day. Sarmssearch has far exceeded my expectations to say the least

Been a very busy couple of days with the birth of my first little one, but I got in a good S&E Marine Corps run on sunday before the labor started.

It's a total of 5 miles, stopping every .5 miles to do a 100 rep workout that alternates between pushups, crunches, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, bicycle kicks/flutter kicks, steamrollers, and burpees.


It sucked dick.


The first few workouts I felt strong and pumped. By the time I hit mile 4 for the last 4 workouts, I was getting gassed and forcing myself to pound out those last few reps. After the last half mile, I couldn't bear the thought of one more burpee lol

So I settled for three bleacher sprints and a little walk to cool everything down.

Talk about fucking sore!!!!! I was getting pumps in the delivery room after bending down for an extended period of time, and one of the nurses who started my wife's IV made a comment about my tone and vascularity :) I got away with that one


Feeling strong overall, and up to 193 today even after not eating yesterday. Pigging out on all the free boiled eggs at the hospital today though!
