Good stuff andy. how long after gyno surgery should i wait to cycle? i was planning on 8 weeks post surgery...whats your thoughts?

I think it's completely individual, and you should see how you feel after surgery...some people recover after 4 weeks, for others it takes more time. Wait until you are 100% so you can train at maximum intensity on cycle.

Everything BA69 says. Great cycle choices. The man does know his NPP. I would personally rather run 25mg of dbol with it, than winny. For some strange reason dbol dosent effect my hair, where winny doesnt clash to well with it.

I'm over 30 (...ahem), and the older you get, the more bound test you have. my theory on why winny kills my hair yet most say its hair-safe, is since winny suppossedly frees bound test (lowers or preferentially binds SHBG? uncouples already bound test?), older guys now have a shitload of extra test to be converted to DHT. younger guys won't have the same situation.

if you're also 30+ this may be the cause.

So what will give more lean mass gains, npp+winny or npp+dbol? Water retention from dbol and temporary vascularity from winny are not a real concern because they are temporary.... I'm talking net results.

I'm thinking of the following, to keep weekly doses in the 700mgs:
1-6: NPP @200mg e3d
1-6: Test enanthate @150mg/week
1-6: Dbol @25mg/day
7-8: Test prop @100mg eod
7-8: Winny @50mg/day

1-15 NPP @ 100mg E3D
1-13 EQ @ 100mg E3D
1-13 Test E @ 100mg E3D

I agree with Andy - its personal. I had to wait longer than 8 weeks - more like twelve before I felt that I could really hit my chest hard. Then the physcological barrier of doing gear again and possibly getting gyno again. I would wait 3 months - let your body chill and recover 100%. Then think long and hard about future cycles. Mavy I'm with you on the winny, soon after I start using it I notice extra hair clogged in the shower drain.

Funny thing about steroids and me is that ever since I ran clomid for the first time, my natural testosterone level (and lh/fsh) has been higher than what it was before I started using AAS. And the last time I got bloodwork it was a full month after finishing clomid therapy.

NPP does not lube joints like DECA. DECA wins in this department, but NPP is hands down much better. Minimal bloat and nice gains.
