Ok...hypothetical ?....let
s say you've been severely overtraining for the past year+.....got into realy good shape, but more athletic than bodybuilding type.....skinny....yet strong...at 6-7% bf....all this by eating very low carbs and fat...high protein....lift 6x week and cardio the same......NOW, let's say you've wisened up and are going to increase calories, carbs and fat....reduce cardio...and train on a 2 day on 1 day off split routine with plenty of rest....PLUS, you're gonna jump on some nice gear.....My ? is, would you need to rest for a few days before starting or can you just change overnight....will you be able to put on solid mass, or is your body so used to doing high colume and high levels of cardio that you'll just get fat becuase your body will feel like it's getting a break (from all the overtraing!) ........thanks for the replies in advance.
