No weights today. Going to hit the bag for a about 30mins, then I have a date holding pads for a guy fighting in a couple of weeks.
Tomorrow is a maybe... If I have a sitter, then I should be able to get a couple of rounds in to spar... If I don't have a sitter for the night, then I'll just head over to the gym and lift while my kid stays in the pen with the other daycare brats...
